Clients will need to provide certain information for identification purposes when registering to this site.

It is the responsibility of the client to provide detailed and accurate information concerning his or her identify and is not advised to use somebody else’s identify. In case there is any adjustment made, the Company must be notified immediately, no more than 30 days from the time the information was changed.

As a prerequisite to conducting any transaction on our website, Clients will be required to provide us with certain identification documents. In the event such documents are not availed, the Company will have no choice but to freeze the account of the Client. The Company may even proceed to close the account permanently and for whatever reason refuse to open Accounts for persons or entities.

In the event an individual registers on the Website on behalf of an entity or corporation, such person shall be considered a representation of the entity and thus acts on behalf of the entity or corporation.

The Client agrees that any information regarding his or her Account or the entity’s and transactions will used and stored by the Company in the event of any disputes between the Company and the Client.

The Company will not disclose private information of current or former Clients unless the Client write to us and informs us to do so or unless disclosing the information is required by law or for the purpose of identifying the identity of the Client.

The Company will implement steps that guarantee the safety of data collected so as to protect the Accounts and private information of Clients.

The Company under its own volition may review or go through Client’s information. By agreeing to the company terms, Clients thus allow the Company to inspect or review any information provided to it.

Clients will be required to register on the site and thus will be required to have a username and password in order to access the Transactions on the Site. The Client is thus forbidden to share such information with other parties. In addition, the Company will not be liable for any loss or damage that may result from the Client’s violation of this requirement.

The Company shall not be liable for the manner in which the Client uses his or her username or password. The Client is also required to inform the Company in the event the Account is used by unauthorized personnel.
